Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@chagapure.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@chagapure.com

Shipping within Canada

FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 CDN or more, before taxes and weighing less than 1 kg. Parcels are sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. If our free shipping service does not apply then shipments will be charged at a flat rate of $20 or the actual cost charged by Canada Post, whichever is higher. All items purchased are shipped via Canada Post from Richmond, BC. Heavy items over 1kg or bulky items may require additional charges. Estimated delivery times via Canada Post Expedited:

Shipping to the USA

FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 US or more and weighing less than 1 kg. Parcels will be sent in Tracked Packet. For orders over $100, weighing more than 1 kg we will pay 10% of the value of your order towards your actual postage cost, and the customer is then responsible for any of the remainder. For orders under $100 and weighing less than 1kg, shipments will be charged a flat rate of $15, or the actual cost charged by Canada Post, whichever is higher.

Please allow 8-12 business days for delivery.

Please note that all parcels weighing under 1kg and not needing extra insurance will be sent via Tracked Packet. Faster shipping options can be selected on the checkout page of the site.

Shipping outside North America

1. For International orders under $100, the actual cost of shipping will be charged to the customer. Shipping methods vary from country to country and with weight and insurance needs. Applicable options are available on the checkout page of the site. These methods include; Tracked Packets, International Parcel Surface, International Parcel Air and Express Post.

2. For International orders over $100 we will pay 10% of the total value of your order, towards the shipping cost and the remainder is charged to the customer.
