How to Cook Chaga Infused Brown Rice?

Ingredients:

- 1 cup brown rice

- 2 cups water

- 1 tablespoon Chaga extract (liquid or powder)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

1. Rinse the Rice:

- Rinse the brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear. This helps remove excess starch.

2. Cook the Rice:

- In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, water, and a pinch of salt.

- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 40-45 minutes or until the rice is tender.

3. Add Chaga Extract:

- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork.

- In a small bowl, mix the Chaga extract with olive oil. Drizzle this mixture over the cooked rice and gently toss to coat evenly.

4. Adjust Seasoning:
